If Purchased Directly From Breakthrough Golf
We offer a 1-year product warranty covering manufacturing defects that occur during the normal course of play. Products purchased directly from Breakthrough Golf Technology may be eligible for applicable returns, exchanges, or warranty claims through BGT.
We stand behind our products — but not behind abuse, misuse, creative garage experiments, improper installation, alterations, or intentional damage. Products showing those signs are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.
If Purchased From an Authorized BGT Account
For products purchased through an authorized BGT account, dealer, retailer, fitter, or third-party seller, the customer must contact the original place of purchase for all returns, exchanges, refunds, and service-related issues.
If Purchased From an Unauthorized Seller
We understand the appeal of a good deal — everyone loves finding one. But products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, auction sites, secondhand marketplaces, or private sales — including but not limited to eBay — are not eligible for warranty coverage, returns, exchanges, or refunds through BGT.
