Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Policy
All returns and exchanges require original proof of purchase. Products without valid proof of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or warranty service. Products must be returned in their original condition and are subject to inspection and approval by BGT.
Products that have been customized, altered, modified, cut, tipped, trimmed, installed, assembled, refinished, engraved, or otherwise changed from their original factory condition are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
This includes custom-built or custom-ordered products, products modified at the customer's request, and products ordered with custom grip selections, grip upgrades, non-standard grip options, or other customer-selected grip modifications. Once a custom grip has been installed or a product has been built to accommodate a customer's selected grip option, the product is considered customized and is not eligible for return or exchange.
Limited Warranty:
Breakthrough Golf Technology products are backed by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and play, beginning on the original date of purchase.
Original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Products purchased directly from BGT may be eligible for warranty service, repair, replacement, exchange, or other applicable remedy at BGT's discretion. Warranty claims do not entitle the customer to a cash or credit card refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping their product to BGT for inspection, evaluation, or repair. BGT does not cover inbound shipping costs. If the claim is approved as a covered warranty issue, BGT will not charge the customer for authorized warranty repair or replacement work.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, alteration, unauthorized repair, accidents, neglect, or normal wear and tear.
Purchases From an Authorized BGT Dealer:
If your product was purchased from an authorized BGT dealer, retailer, fitter, or other authorized account, please contact the original place of purchase for returns, exchanges, store credit, or other purchase-related service.
Purchases From Unauthorized Sellers:
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resale platforms, auction sites, secondhand marketplaces, or private parties — including eBay and similar marketplaces — are not eligible for BGT returns, exchanges, store credit, or warranty coverage.
